It didn’t have to take Mother’s Day weekend to fire up brunch for the season at Cuccia’s Restaurant. But, we thought what better occasion then the celebration of the family matriarch to launch a whole new brunch menu and bring back some of your tasty favorites too.
Starting Sunday, May 14hth, Cuccia’s will open our doors for brunch service (10:00am to 2:00 pm). The menu features housemade baked goods, small and large plates along with our bubbly selections of mimosa and spirited drinks.
Every weekend our guests can now enjoy dishes inspired by Cuccia family tradition. We’ve put together a slew of Italian and classic American offerings like Florentine Egg Benedict with croissant bun topped with spinach, Pancetta, roasted tomato, poached egg and avocado.
We’ve even brought back our pancake on a stick, and it wasn’t just the kids who asked for it. So get ready, because Pancake Kabobs are back, and they’re served up stacked and hot with sliced bananas and strawberries on skewers. Hit with a dusting of powder sugar and drizzle of maple syrup, you’ve got a bite size twist on a traditional pancake.
Pastas, poached eggs, salads and sandwiches are just a few of the other selections on our brunch menu. And that’s a wrap. Well, not exactly, because you can actually order a wrap. There’s the Morning-Hash with poached eggs and bacon, Caesar with grilled chicken, romaine hearts and parmesan, or the Spinach wrap with grilled chicken, blue cheese and artichoke hearts.
Expresso, cappuccino, and coffee can accompany any of our dishes, and we’ve got a sweet selection of fruit juices, cream soda with orange juice and even a root beer float.
